Leicester City Council wishes to commission a consistent and innovative housing-related support service for households in Leicester, including singles, couples, young people, families and offenders & ex-offenders.
The support service will deliver wrap around/holistic support that is provided at the point of need (often at a point of change in a person's life) to enable individuals to:
| • | Maintain and / or find suitable affordable accommodation. |
| • | Transition from different forms of accommodation. |
| • | Sustain independent living. |
