Homes England - Demolition and Asbestos Removal Hassockfield

Homes England wish to appoint a contractor to undertake the asbestos removal, site clearance and demolition works to allow development of the land the former detention centre at Hassockfield, County Durham.

The major elements of the works will comprise the demolition, deconstruction and safe removal/disposal.

Contractors must be licensed by the HSE and also be members of the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA). In addition to ARCA we also recognise ACAD (Asbestos Control & Abatement Division).
