The Ministry of Defence is looking to replace its current fleet of MA2-30A High Altitude Parachutists Altimeter. The replacement quantity of 320, must meet the following criteria:
- Visual Altimeter that can be worn on the wrist and be adapted for Navigation Plate Mounting.
- Minimum cleared Operating Altitude of 25,000 feet.
- Analogue facia with Asymmetric Scale and Single Sweep pointer.
- Operating Temperature of -35 to +80 degrees.
- Electroluminescent lighting of the dial facia.
- Waterproof.
- Capable of manual or automatic (remote) adjustment of local/DZ elevation.
