Cheltenham Borough Council are looking appoint a supplier who has the commitment, energy and enthusiasm to give a personal service, as tenants, to run the catering facilities at their outside catering establishments at the following locations:
- Montpellier Gardens Café, including Tennis Courts
- Central Cross Drive Café, Pittville Park
- Pittville Park Boathouse, including Boating, Golf Course, Skate park, Tennis Courts and Fishing (also includes responsibility for maintenance and up keep of the Cheltenham Borough Council owned fleet of boats)
- Pittville Park Play Area Refreshment Kiosk
The period of the leases/contract will run for 5 years, with the possibility of a two year extension period, subject to periodic reviews to ensure that the supplier continues to provide value for money and best value service.
