Role Description
| • | Customer Service focussed |

| • | Install image to new Surface Pro computers (someone else will need to add them into SCCM) |
| • | Deal with hardware incidents - e.g. docking station problems, monitor issues, replacing keyboards and mice etc |

| • | Configuring profiles on Surface pros for new starters |
