Circle wishes to enter into Contract with four service providers to carry out inspection, testing, servicing and maintenance of the following lifts and specialist lifting equipment in both commercial and domestic properties:

Through floor passenger lifts in communal areas of buildings

Stair lifts, curved and straight tracked and disabled platform lifts in communal areas

Stair lifts, curved and straight tracked and disabled platform lifts in customers’ homes

Disabled access equipment, such as ceiling track hoists and fixed hoists and stretchers

External step lifts.

And any other similar equipment that the client installs or is made aware of will be added to contract on a prorata basis

Bidders should note the following:

TUPE may apply

A number of Current Contract Expiry Dates are after the intended Contract Commencement Date of this contract, the services covered by these contracts will therefore form part of the contract as each existing contract expires.
