IICSA - Alarm Monitoring - RFI

Request for Information (RFI) Alarm monitoring for The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (the Inquiry) main offices in Millbank Tower SW1P 4QP .

The offices in Millbank Tower occupy the whole of the 23rd floor of the tower. The building itself has 24/7 security coverage with CCTV, 24/7 security guards and a staffed day time reception desk. General security of the building is handled through the facilities management contract.

However, additional services are required to cover independant intruder alarm activations that are divided into 2 separate parts

• A central station monitoring. To deliver a standard call out process to members of the IICSA keyholder staff.
• A response capability to attend the venue to conduct a security check of the 23rd floor and liaise with IICSA staff call out list and or police as required

The alarm will be automatically set on weekdays between 9 pm and 6.30 am and will require monitoring during these times. In addition on weekends and bank holidays it will be set all day.

Each person assigned to these response task (part 2) must be vetted to CTC level.
