NHS England North (Cheshire & Merseyside) on behalf of NHS Halton CCG is proposing to commission a Alternative Provider Medical Services contract which is currently delivered from:
Windmill Hill Medical Centre, Norton Hill, Windmill Hill, Runcorn, Cheshire WA7 2UT which has a practice list size of 2,370 NHS England – North (Cheshire & Merseyside) the (“Contracting Authority”) wish to engage with the market to gather soft market testing in order to gain a better understanding of both the level and interest within the external market and information gathering from those interested organisations. Accordingly the Contracting Authority is asking the market to complete a Request for Information (RFI).
