Lancaster University Management School Decant Works

Lancaster University requires works to be carried out within areas of three of its existing buildings to provide required decant spaces prior to the larger redevelopment of the Management School taking place: Decant of teaching accommodation into new temporary accommodation, and provision of new permanent ISS / IT Staff Suite & Workshop. The scope of the proposed works required to facilitate the proposed decant consist of various refurbishments, relocation, all required services, connections and related infrastructure, sub-contractor design M&E. The Authority will host an accompanied site visit TUESDAY 17TH JANUARY 2017 commencing 11.30 a.m. Please refer to the procurement documents for full details.
