The work comprises the remodelling of the dated offices and staff mess area at Lee Valley Springfield Marina. The works entail the following:
- oBricking in existing external door
- oRe-routing of heating pipework
- oRemoval / Installation of block walls
- oInstallation of a service counter
- oInstallation of new fire doors
- oRelocation of electric sockets
- oInstalling a timber staircase / balustrading to a mezzanine area
- oUpgrading the existing lighting to LED lighting
- oInternal redecorations of the office mess area
Work will take place at Lee Valley Springfield Marina, Spring Hill, London, E5 9BL
