The Council is looking to carry out a procurement process for the refurbishment of internal communal areas also known as the Sparkle Project 2017.
The nature of the works to be undertaken will typically comprise of:
| (i) | redecoration of communal lounge and hallways; |
| (ii) | replacement of light fittings to communal lounge and 1st floor communal hallway; |
| (iii) | external patio works; and |
| (iv) | carpeting of communal areas |
