Bristol City Council wishes to an experienced consultant to co-ordinate and lead the development of a 10-year vision and strategic cultural plan for Bristol. They will need to develop a statement of ambition for culture in Bristol for the next 10 years, and a 10-year cultural plan with accompanying resource development and funding strategy.
