description

North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is about to undertake a comprehensive and ambitious locality review of one of its key town centres, Clay Cross. This commission presents a major opportunity to shape and guide the third phase in the long-term regeneration and repositioning of Clay Cross from a post-industrial town to a thriving market town.

As part of the One Public Estate Programme (OPE), Derbyshire County Council has identified this as one of their flagship projects.
