External Wall Insulation Internal Refurbishments and Associated Works Programme to Swindon Borough Council Housing Stock

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of external wall insulation, internal refurbishments and associated works programme to Swindon Borough Council housing stock.

Swindon Borough Council will also be holding a presentation/briefing about the works on 4th January 2019. Please see section 1 paragraph 7 of the Invitation to Tender Document (ITT) for details of the venue, times, and how to register to attend this event.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Contract Period

The contract will be 62 weeks in total comprising ten weeks to complete two pilot properties followed by 52 weeks for the main programme.
