description
Detailed development work, and prepare an outline business case (OBC), for the Hounslow Heat Network Project, which aims to deliver affordable, low carbon heat to homes and businesses across the borough. AECOM have previously delivered both the Heat Map and Masterplan in 2022 and Heat Network Feasibility Study in 2023, having won both contracts through a competitive process under the GLA's LEA framework or its predecessor DEEP framework. As is recommended by HNDU, which is providing the majority of the funding for this work, we intend to direct-award the next stage to AECOM, to avoid unnecessary repetition of previous work. Such an approach is permitted by the LEA framework.
