GB-Colchester: Kitchens Modernisations 17 (0135)

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) with Colchester Borough Homes as the Contract Administrator (CBH), wishes to commission the replacement of approximately 53 kitchens and all associated works as detailed within the attached specification.

Works will include the removal of the existing kitchens and replacement with a new kitchen, wall tiles, kitchen floors and decorations etc.

The works are to be completed over a short period being 20 weeks and in accordance with the detailed specification supplied within the tender package.

Bidders are advised that all properties have been surveyed as per the attached drawings.

Bidders are advised that the installation of the new kitchens and associated works must be carried out in accordance with the time scale specified within this document.

These urgent works are required to complete the outstanding kitchen modernisations from the 2017/18 programme.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
