LOT 3 - General Builder - ground works, paving, brickwork, concrete, flooring, glazing, carpentry & plumbing LOT 4 - Fencing
LOT 5 - Scaffolding & Access (for mhs DLO use)
LOT 6 - Minor Adaptations
LOT 7 - Gas Inspection and Maintenance for Voids and Planned Works
