Refurbishment of Ensuite Bathrooms Green Hill Lodge Children's Home, Merrimans Hill Road Worcester WR3 8LE

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Contractors to carry the out the Installation of a new 10 new ensuite bathrooms on the first floor to provide new sanitarywear and new finishes in each area.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

Operatives shall carry personal photographic identification at all times on site and they may be challenged at any time to produce such. They shall wear clothing which clearly identifies for whom they work.

The Bedrooms that accompany the ensuite WCs are to remain occupied throughout the contract period. The Bedrooms will not be used by the occupant during the contractors working hours, between 09:00 - 15:00.

The Principle Contractor will ensure that any ensuite undergoing refurbishment at that time are locked and that the accompanying bedroom is left clean and tidy by the Principle Contractor at the end of the working day.

The planned start date for the construction phase is the 25th June 2018 with a project completion date of the 15th October 2018.

All staff directly working on the site will need to hold Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS)

All tender documents must be uploaded to the portal by the due date as late returns will not be accepted.

Tenders and supporting documents shall be in English and any contract subsequently entered in to shall be subject to English Law.

Please note that the Supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission.

All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
