Provision of School Catering Service for Witton Middle School Droitwich Worcestershire

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of the Head Teacher and the Governing Body of Witton Middle School invite suitably qualified suppliers to provide a fully resourced school catering and hospitality service in accordance with the Employers' requirements at Witton Middle School 29-31-Old Coach Road Droitwich Worcestershire WR9 8BD.

This contract is subject to the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) Acquired Rights Directive.

Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.

The successful supplier will also be contracted to provide a School Meals service to three other schools and one nursery.

Contract Details: The contract will be between the Governing Body of Witton Fields Middle School and the supplier.

Tenders and supporting documents shall be in English and any contract subsequently entered in to shall be subject to English Law.

Please note that the Supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission.

All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Tenders must remain open for acceptance, unless previously withdrawn for a minimum of 90 days from the date for the return of the Tender.

The Governing Body of Witton Middle School reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
