An area of the existing primary school will be altered and adapted to provide 3 classrooms with supporting areas for up to 24 pupils with associated services alterations and external works

The work involves:

• oremoval and stripping out of existing fittings
• onew internal partitions and doors
• onew sanitaryware
• oboxings to existing pipework
• onew wall, floor and ceiling finishings
• ominor external works

Contractor Designed Work:

• oamendments to the existing mechanical, electrical & fire alarm installations
