This Tender concerns establishments of a Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS). The DPS will be the primary method for the Council to source placements for the duration of this 4 year (subject to break clauses) DPS Agreement. The DPS will also allow new providers to be added during the lifetime of the system.
Additional information: The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk (DueNorth) to manage quote and tender processes. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain a username and password before gaining access to the system.
