London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking to undertake an economic markets foresight analysis in the context of Waltham Forest, supporting the Council to gain a comprehensive, detailed, up to date and accurate understanding and knowledge of the Borough's business base and economic position. In addition, it will inform the development of new 5 year Economic Development Strategy to develop and realise the potential of its strengths and assets in relation to changing local, regional and global markets (emergent industries, sectors, cross-sector technologies, spaces).
