The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire (The Authority) has a requirement for the provision of M&E and Building Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across the Warwickshire Police (The Force) estate.

The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with options to extend. Due to reactive element value is estimated and based on previous spend.

Service objectives include

  • oProvide a safe working environment for officers, staff and visitors.
  • oEnsure compliance with all statutory requirements, internal standards, and industry best practice requirements.
  • oMaximise the useful life span of the building, plant and equipment.
  • oOptimise the sustainability of the estate.
  • oEnsure value for money in the delivery of services.

The scope of the requirement includes but shall not be limited to:

  • oPlanned Maintenance of mechanical & electrical services.
  • oStatutory Maintenance.
  • o24/7 Reactive Maintenance Service.
  • oBuilding Fabric Maintenance.
  • oMinor Building Works Projects.
  • oSupport to Minor Office Moves.
  • oEquipment, Materials and Consumables Management.
  • oDocumentation & Record Keeping.
