This notice is a PIN notice to advertise an up-coming project and also to confirm interest for an up-coming Market Engagement Event - interest for the event will be sought within this advert and questionnaire requiring completion.
Wolverhampton CCG wish to undertake an Any Qualified Provider (AQP) process for Continuing Healthcare (CHC).
The date for this market engagement event will be 11th January 2016. The time will be 2pm to 4:30pm. The location for the event will be shared once providers have registered.
In order for providers to confirm their attendance at the event they will need to complete the relevant questions (such as name, organisation, contact details etc..) contained within PQQ_404 in Bravo and submit accordingly.
