Expression of Interest to Tender for Aerial Maintenance

Applicants are invited to express an interest in tendering for Aerial Maintenance works to Shropshire Council owned properties in the North west and South east areas of Shropshire. The contract period will be from November 1st 2020 to 31 March 2023

Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing manage a stock of approx. 4100 dwellings for Shropshire Council. Properties are tenanted, sheltered and supported housing stock throughout the rural towns and villages in and around Bridgnorth and Oswestry.

This contract will consist of providing maintenance to Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing's current communal TV and Satellite systems which are located mostly in the South east Shropshire Area. The agreement will include a minimum response time to attend a reported fault and complete repairs therein.

Following the closing date of the Expression of Interest, Tender packs will be sent to contractors which will include details of all properties to be covered, maintenance agreement, call out charges and any other works required.

Estimated value of contract is between £5,000 and £10,000 per annum.
