Derbyshire County Council is seeking to commission external support to help identify demand for electric vehicle charging infrastructure, both public facing and on-street. This would be a countywide assessment of demand. This is a Soft Market Testing Exercise to better understand the market of organisations which would have the capability and expertise to undertake this assessment.
