Habitat creation and enhancement works in Spring 2015 on a fixed price basis. The primary ecological function of the site will be to act as a receptor site for common toads which will be trapped on the land north of Eastway in spring 2016 aspart of the development proposals. A Habitat Creation, Enhancement and Management Plan (Doc Ref: 3010.Eco.EastwToad.003) included within Appendix 1 provides background context to the scheme and the works required.
