To provide new flooring to the communal areas of the properties listed in the two specifications below - 'Part 3 - Specification - Internal Communal Flooring 2015-16 PORTSMOUTH FINAL' 'Part 3 - Specification - Internal Communal Flooring 2015-16 EASTLEIGH FINAL' The Contractor is to have £10,000,000 Public Liability Insurance and is to be a member of a registered SSIP Health and Safety Scheme. If successful we may request evidence of this before awarding the contract.
