Rate of Pay: £23.09 per hour (PAYE)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Brief description:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' experience specialising in and handling child protection and adoption matters, including advocacy, preferably from a local authority prospective. The successful candidate must be confident and experienced in order to be able to hit the ground running and have the ability to carry a varied case load covering all aspects of public law childcare matters. The candidate will need to be proactive, work well under pressure, be self-reliant as well as work as part of a wider team. The successful candidate would gain great exposure to a varied caseload and would enjoy a high level of responsibility with a great deal of client contact.

No DBS is required for this role. Candidates must be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister authorised to Practice. Post inside of IR35.
