South Essex Homes is a Arms Length Management Organisation wholly owned by Southend Borough Council. It manages on behalf of the Council 6,000 properties including 600 leaseholders. It procures its ICT service from its host council and is looking to identify an IT consultancy organisation to review the current core systems used to manage tenancies including rent and service charge collection, maintain property assets, hold electronic files for all tenants and properties and ensure that payments are made in a timely manner, whilst communicating with residents via a number of digital services.
