description
The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) is currently expanding and the demand on it's Head Office workspace is increasing. There is a need to better understand how this space is being used and we would therefore like to appoint a consultant to carry out a 'Space Utilisation Survey' for us.
In order to access the documents and submit a bid please do so through BravoSolution, the WMCA's e-tendering portal (https://wmca.bravosolution.co.uk). The tender reference is itt_668 and if you are not already registered on BravoSolution it is free and usually only takes a few minutes.
Please see the Brief document for further details including Section 3 which outlines the survey outputs required.
Bids are being assessed on the basis of 30% quality and 70% price. Only those organisations that have answered all of the questions and provided all supporting documents satisfactorily in the Qualification Envelope will go on to have their bids evaluated.
Please submit all responses, via BravoSolution, by the deadline which is 1200 noon on Monday 10th June 2019 and the deadline for any clarification questions, also via BravoSolution, is 1200 noon on Friday 7th June 2019.
The WMCA is holding a site visit at its offices at 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham, B19 3SD on Monday 3rd June 2019 commencing at 1030 until approximately 1200. If this is of interest can you please confirm your attendance by sending a message to us, via BravoSolution, advising who will be attending and if you have any special requirements. Unfortunately we don't have any available visitor parking on site for the visit but there are several low cost car parks nearby and we are located just outside the city centre close to Birmingham Snow Hill station and a short walk or Metro ride (St Chad's) from Birmingham New Street station.
