The Barnet Borough Partnership leads the development of integrated health and care in the London Borough of Barnet. It is one of five borough partnerships in the North Central London (NCL) Integrated Care System. Members of the partnership include Barnet council, NCL Clinical Commissioning Group, the Royal Free London NHS Trust, Central London Community Health NHS Trust, the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust, Barnet Federated GPs, and 7 primary care networks.

The totality of spend across the NHS and local government in health and care services for the residents of Barnet. This is to include (but is not limited to):

• Acute care spend
• Community health care spend
• Mental health care spend
• Primary care spend (including pharmacy and dentistry)
• Specialist/tertiary care spend
• Continuing health care spend
• Adult social care spend (including preventative services)
• Public health spend (including NHS services commissioned through the public health budget)
• Council spend for 0 - 25 Children and Young People with additional needs
• Council SEND spend
• Council Children and Young People MH services spend (e.g., BICS)
• Better Care Fund Investment
• Community Sector investment funding (e.g., Innovation Fund)
