Expressions of interest are invited for the following tender.
Manchester Central will be outsourcing the food and beverage operations for MCM Manchester Comic Con on the 29th and 30th July 2017.
Manchester Central are looking for a single mobile catering company to provide various sweet and savoury vendors, the space has capacity to host 10-12 different vendor's dependant on size.
Manchester Central will be asking for a flat fee for the hire of the 'whole pitch' rather than a percentage of takings.
