The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for the refurbishment of a detached 3-bedroom property set deep within Gisburn forest.
The work has been divided into two lots:
| • | Lot 1 includes the decommissioning of current open fire back boiler, supply and installation of oil fired central heating system and 1 multi fuel stove. |
| • | Lot 2 includes all other work including: |
| • | supply and installation of a new kitchen and bathroom suite |
| • | supply and installation of flooring throughout |
| • | general building and joinery work |
| • | decorating throughout |
| • | electrical installation |
| • | clearing and cleaning |
