Programme and Project Partners (PPP) - Multi Project Procurement (MPP) for Mechanical Pipework Key Delivery Partner(s) (KDP) The Scope of this MPP will encompass ECI, design, manufacture, supply, off site testing, delivery, Installation and Commissioning on the Sellafield site of Mechanical Pipework requirements with the fabrication and manufacture of a range of process pipework and supports/supporting steelwork in a range of metallic and non-metallic materials As part of its Multi Project Procurement (MPP) programme. The Programme and Project Partners (PPP) are seeking Key delivery Partner(s) to undertake delivery of Mechanical Pipework. The first step in this process will be via a Market Engagement phase that will inform interested parties of the requirements for this package General Information regarding MPP's can be found in the following video that explains how PPP and MPP influences major project delivery on the Sellafield site, including the PPP projects, the partners, the proposed MPP strategy and commercial model :- https://youtu.be/RrvpH3osx9w The scope of these contracts will include as a minimum but will not be limited to:- • Early Contractor Involvement (Design and Constructability) • Procurement of goods and services • Site Delivery and Installation All companies Expressing Interest in this package will be sent the Market Engagement information including a strategy paper outlining the procurement approach, commercial model, spend profiles, schedule and questionnaire by 29/04/21 for completion and return by 20/05/21 To register interest please email john.callcott@kbr.com by no later than 12:00 noon on 21/04/2021 PPP is committed to maximising the ECI benefits as follows: • Alignment to PPP CSFs • Innovative solutions • Provision of standard and proven solutions rather than bespoke solutions • Early identification and management of risks and opportunities • Input to the Major Project Total Price (MPTP), schedule and constructability
