description
Peterborough City Council is undertaking a Soft Market Test for the supply, installation and ongoing maintenance of sensory equipment. The purpose of the service is to ensure that individuals receiving the services are supported to live as independently as possible within the community.
The services will be delivered across the Peterborough City Council unitary authority area to individuals of any age who have been assessed as requiring them by the City Council's sensory specialists.
We are therefore seeking the views of providers for the installation and maintenance of hearing sensory equipment in the community for those who have been assessed as requiring them.
We are therefore interested in knowing key facts about the market you operate in and how we might shape the specification and KPIs. Your help with this will be invaluable and will assist us to design the tender taking account of key commercial considerations for you as suppliers.
