The project will procure regional accommodation and support for care leavers and vulnerable young people where these arrangements are provided by external providers. It is anticipated that the project will develop a framework of providers to ensure capacity to manage fluctuations in demand and capacity across the participating member authorities. The vision for the project is to create a structure which supports regional contract management and quality assurance which minimises costs to the participating member authorities and provides an effective interface with all independent providers.
