To date the WYCA has undertaken 2 phase of work in delivering a new PMO, including:
| • | Stage 1 – Assessing WYCA currently capabilities and maturity level. |
| • | Stage 2 – Designing the new PMO, including the process through which schemes would be assessed and progress, and designing a Target Operating Model for the new PMO and Delivery Directorate. |
The purpose of this stage, Stage 3, is to carry out the task required to transition to the new PMO. There are 3 work streams during Stage 3, including:
| • | WS1 – People & Organisation |
| • | WS2 – Process, Control & Templates |
| • | WS3 – Systems & Data |
