Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified building contractor to develop 24 homes (12 x 2 bed houses and 12 x 1 bedroom low rise apartments) in Croxteth, Liverpool L11. Planning permission has been submitted with start on site anticipated October 2015 and practical completion October 2016. The anticipated contract value is between £2m and £2.5m. Contract will be JCT 2011 Design and Build. Achieving the start on site and practical completion dates are critical and Contractors are required to demonstrate how they will meet and manage this challenging programme.
