This framework will consist of Third Party Providers who will provide Semi-Independent Placements for Children and Care Leavers. The framework will consist of 2 lots that are designed to support children in developing the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to transition successfully into independent adulthood.
Lot 1: Children aged 16-18
Lot 2: Children aged 18-25
