West London NHS Trust (the Trust) is one of the most diverse providers of NHS mental health and community services in the UK, providing care and treatment for around 62,570 people each year.

The Trust employs around 3,560 staff and serves a local population of around 700,000 people.

The Trust operates from an extensive range of premises throughout West London and including Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire, one of only three high secure mental health hospitals in England,

The Trust now wishes to appoint a suitably qualified supplier to provide support and maintenance services for a range of ICT infrastructure including but not limited to, Mitel telephony and associated applications, fixed and wireless networking, firewalls, storage and backup, CCTV, Cisco UCS and VMWare. In addition to support and maintenance the contract will enable the supply of additional equipment on a call off basis, including hardware, software and licenses across the scope of the contract.

Following an onboarding period, the contract will be for an initial three years duration with two optional 1-year extensions. A bidders' information day has been arranged from 10:30 on Thursday 25th October 2018 at Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire. Bidders who are interested in attending the information day, need to confirm their attendance through the portal providing names and job titles of a maximum of two attendees. This tender will be closing at Midday on 16th November 2018.
