Anglia Ruskin University is seeking to commission a consultancy to conduct a condition survey to aid planned maintenance and functional suitability survey of its owned and managed estate. The consultancy is expected to provide and/or manage all the necessary disciplines required for the surveys.

The estate to be surveyed covers 37 non residential and 21 Residential properties on 3 Campuses. The total gross internal floor areas are approximately 121,966m2.
