description
The aims of the survey were to experimentally test the sensitivity of a number of metrics before (T0), immediately after (T1) and following a period of recovery (T2) to physical disturbance of the seabed (demersal fishing) at a mud habitat site in a Before After Control Impact (BACI) design. Samples from T0 and T1 were collected in April 2015 and are available for collection immediately. Phase T2 is due to be surveyed before the 10th December. The winning contractor must also be able to analyse the T2 samples by the end of February 2016 and costs must be comparable to what is quoted in this tender.
