The proposed works can be summarised as follows:
| • | Replacement and repairs to the existing Auditorium structural steel frame; |
| • | Masonry works required to accommodate the above; |
| • | Steelwork and associated masonry repairs to the North Elevation; |
| • | Making good existing construction disturbed; |
| • | Installation of new cladding system to the Auditorium South Elevation; |
| • | Repair and re-fixing of existing gutters to the Auditorium (North & South sides) |
| • | External decorations to Auditorium North and South Elevations; |
| • | Removal of existing load-bearing scaffolding (specialist contractor); |
| • | Removal of temporary prop installation to Auditorium Circle; |
| • | Internal decorations to North and South external walls and underside of Circle; |
| • | Removal of existing site hoarding and making good hard-surfaced areas disturbed. |
The tendered works will require the temporary adjustment of scaffolding to facilitate the proposed works.
