Peterborough City Council Office Relocation; Furniture, white goods and files move and disposal

Dear Provider,

In light of Peterborough City Council's office moves that will start in July 2018 the Council has a requirement for the provision of following services:

1. Furniture removal and recycling
2. White goods removal and recycling (fridges)
3. Boxes of documents to be transported in crates

The provider will be required to assist in furniture removal from following buildings:

1. Bayard Place (floor 1/2/3 and 4) based at Bayard Place, Broadway, Peterborough PE1 1FZ
2. Town Hall, Bridge Street, Peterborough PE1 1HF
3. Manor Drive: Manor Drive House, Manor Drive, Peterborough, PE4 7AJ
4. Cromwell Road: 165a Cromwell Road Peterborough; Postcode: PE1 2EL
5. Royce Road: 5 Royce Road, Peterborough, PE1 5YB

The Council will require for the provider to remove selected furniture/white goods from all sites as well as move boxes of files from all above sites to the new office based in Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8WB.

The Council would like to invite you to participate in Providers Event that will be held on, 10th of April, 10:00-11:00am, in Council Chambers, Town Hall, Bridge Street, Peterborough, PE1 1HF.

During the event you will have a chance to familiarise yourself with project details, lead times, procurement process, as well as have an opportunity to ask any questions on the day.

The Council does not have finalised service specification at this stage.

All service providers interested in quoting for this opportunity will be asked to conduct detailed site audit accompanied by the Council's Project Lead in order to scope all requirements that will be base for the quotation.

The audit will take place between 16th of April- 20th of April based on availability. Further details will follow.
