description
There are three core phases identified within this package of work (the project is termed Commissioning Framework assignment), they are as follows:
Phase 1: Agreed objectives and the future vision will come from the discovery phase. Key to this will be the review of the current arrangements and existing MoU/agreements in place between DLUHC and its Delivery Partners, alongside discussions with stakeholders.
Phase 2: Co-Design and draft the new Commissioning Frameworks with DLUHC and its Delivery Partners.
Phase 3: Support with the implementation of the newly agreed Commissioning Frameworks and monitor the implementation and overall effectiveness during the first month. Alongside this, an overall knowledge transfer and handover of the work package will conclude this third phase.
