PSH002 Psychology in Supported Housing

The service will span all commissioned supported housing projects in Westminster including the mental health pathway, rough sleeping pathway, young persons pathway and smaller provision for women and offenders. The organisations across these sectors have adopted PIE to varying degrees and the service will need to create strong partnerships and bespoke service models. The service will be most highly concentrated on the mental health accommodation pathway (consisting of 5 clusters) with the aim of developing it into a leading edge model of integrated health, third sector and local authority provision, building on existing multi agency relationships and service pathways in CNWL. The service will also include providing organisational consultation to third sector partners on developing PIE and trauma informed approaches.
