Hillingdon - Wedding Webcasting Solution

The London Borough of Hillingdon is looking to procure a system providing high quality professional grade webcasting of wedding ceremonies. The ultimate aim is to ensure family and friends can view a high quality live video webcast from various devices including PC, iMacs, iPad’s and other mobile devices, of a ceremony with playback available for 30 days after the ceremony, with a DVD option available.

The contract will be let for a period of 3 years with the option(s) to extend for a further two one year periods (3+1+1) upon mutual agreement. The terms and conditions that will be attributed to the contract can be found within the Request for Quotation pack
