Rushmoor Borough Council Applicant Tracking System 2024

Rushmoor Borough Council ('the Council') is a small borough Council with an employee headcount of approximately 250 people currently averaging 35 vacancies per year. The Council is inviting tenders from suitably qualified software suppliers to enable the electronic handling and tracking of candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process through an applicant tracking system (Recruitment System) that also includes Indeed job posting as a minimum. Tenderers are invited to quote for the supply, implementation and maintenance of a Recruitment System that will support the council's Recruitment objectives. The ability to deliver key services to support our communities depends upon our ability to acquire and retain the right people at the right time. The Recruitment system will be key in helping the Council to achieve this aim.

The estimated value of the contract is £8,500 to £11,500 per annum. The council reserves the right to fail bids that come in over £11,500 in any year.

The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract by Friday 12th April 2024 with a go live date of June 1st 2024. The initial contract term will be for 3 years with possibility of extending the term by a further 2 years to a maximum total term of 5 years in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.
