The following scope of works for initial investigation
- Preliminary Risk Assessment
- Trial pitting exercise to maximum 5m depth - 20 locations
- Allowance for gas monitoring installations and monitoring visits - (Provide timescale of intervals in monitoring visits)
- Allowance for analyses of soil samples of made ground
- Allowance for Interpretative Report (in electronic and paper formats) concerning the outcomes of the above investigations, containing annexes holding all quantitative and qualitative data results obtained, with annotated plans at 1:500 scale at A1. To provide estimated costs (with express accompanying assumptions used in their calculation) for undertaking works (where relevant and necessary).
